Return policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All the items (if you are unsatisfied or item is damaged) can be returned or changed within 7 business days. Please contact us and we will resolve any problem as soon as possible.

Money (original price) will be returned as soon as the item arrived at the warehouse

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received your returned item. After that, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at quasar.product@gmail.com and send your item to:

 

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning the goods.  Shipping cost is not refundable.  If you get compensation, the shipping cost will be deducted from your compensation.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
