Shipping destinations:

  • We ship worldwide.

Shipping times:

  • Average Delivery Time 14 -25 days. (Delivery terms are determined by shipping company.) The seller is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by customs.
  • We will send the parcel in 2-4 days from the moment of placing the order.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

  • 1 item - 14 USD;
  • 2 items - 18 USD;
  • 3 items - 23 USD;
  • 4 items - 25 USD;
  • 5 items - 27 USD (maximum amount)

I have not received a tracking number

* If you have not received a tracking number, please check your Spam folder.


My track number is not trackable

*If your tracking status has not been updated for a long time, this means that your package is in the transit area. This means that the parcel has left the territory of the country of the sender and its status will be updated when the postal worker of your country scans the parcel.


You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • You can pay for your order via PayPal.

    I don't have a PayPal account

  • If you do not have a PayPal account, when paying for the order, under the PayPal logo you need to click "I do not have an account" and the system will prompt you to enter your card number for payment.


 

  • From the moment you receive the parcel, you have 7 days to arrange the return of the parcel or replacement of the product.

  • To be eligible for a return, goods must, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • For returns, please email support the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

  • The amount paid for delivery  when placing an order is not refundable.

  • Before placing an order, you agree to the terms of return / exchange of goods. These rules apply to all customers.
