At Quasar Product, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
Return Period
Our return policy lasts 21 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 21 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The fragrance must not be excessively used or damaged
- Tester products must include the original bottle and any included caps or packaging components
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns of products that show clear signs of heavy use, tampering, or replacement of contents.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Before sending any item back, you must contact our support team to request return authorization and receive the current return address.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Empty or partially emptied fragrance bottles
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products returned without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
Orders refused by the customer or unclaimed from the shipping carrier may be subject to return shipping fees and handling charges deducted from the refund amount.
Chargebacks & Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refunds or limit future orders in cases involving fraudulent claims, abuse of the return policy, replacement of fragrance contents, or unauthorized chargebacks.
