A reinterpretation of the tradition of marmalade making: fresh orange peel is boiled on the stove, giving it a bright, zesty aroma with a hint of bitterness, without cloying sweetness. This is a reissue/evolution of Orange Peel 2021 from the Jams & Marmalades collection. Citrus gourmand, fresh, zesty, slightly green and woody. Not your typical sweet jam — more like tart, realistic bitter orange marmalade.
